Why these exist
Eighteen decision tools, one zero-bias goal: answer the question with real math, not sales pressure.
Each tool shows its assumptions, its sources, and when the conventional wisdom breaks. Results update as you type — there is no Calculate button to hide behind, and no lead capture between you and the answer.

Most mortgage and personal-finance calculators exist to funnel you toward a lender. These are different: each one is a standalone decision tool that answers a specific question with transparent public-formula math, and then explains why — the assumptions, the edge cases, and when the standard advice stops being right.

They're built to be trustworthy first. All calculations run client-side (nothing is uploaded), the underlying formulas are published and defensible, and the data defaults come from public sources you can check yourself.
